One Way are looking for a bilingual Trainee Service Consultant in Southmapton (Ideally dual language Polish/Romanian and English) Summary The purpose of this role is to provide essential admin and resourcing support to the recruitment sales team. With appropriate training the purpose of this role is to generate candidates for placements into temporary and permanent assignments as obtained by the sales team. The job holder must adhere to established company and quality procedures. Main Responsibilities Responsible for overall management of relationships and is the main point of contact for the client and candidates. Maintain effective administrative procedures and ensure KPI's are met. Responsible for providing a professional service to all clients and candidates by ensuring management of, and contact with candidates is maintained within company guidelines. The job holder will need a full understanding of all client and candidate agreements and will need to work within company and/or contracted terms for clients. Responsible for retaining and developing existing business. The job holder will also carry out performance and service level reviews and deal with rate and contract negotiation. Undertake all relevant internal training and adhere to the company's policies as detailed in the Employee Handbook and Health and Safety systems. Effectively dealing and resolving any issues that arise relating to service on site, pay issues with candidates, operative retention and candidate generation Booking and responsibility of PPE, Accommodation and training as appropriate ensuring we obtain best value and any costs incurred are either obtained back to the company either worked in to the rate/margin or via the temp or client in keeping the overall costs and P&L as profitable as possible. Organise and plan weekly activity including candidate registrations, candidate generation, compliance checks, data entry, activations, advertising vacancies and administrative tasks; scanning, faxing, etc
