Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Graduate Recruitment Consultant £18,000 - £22,000 pa + uncapped commission, Year 1 £35k OTE CPI Selection is a rapidly growing recruitment specialist with different specialist divisions i.e Technology Sales, Finance, Contact Centre and Technical Recruitment, offering a specialist Permanent and Temporary division, we are looking for numerous positions to support our ambitious and organic growth plans. First 12 months is all about the training and development in all aspects og becoming a Recruitment Consultant. From Year 2 your drive/ambition will determine your own OTE our top performers are closing in on £80-100k/year our solid performers exceeding £50k OTE.
