You will be part of a full 6-month induction program consisting of both classroom and on desk training. The MBN induction program covers all aspects of recruitment including: * Both internal and external speakers and sessions. * Daily practical tasks and a mix of short fun competitions * Involvement in the office-wide 6 monthly targets and holiday incentives (past trips include Miami, Ibiza, New York ) * A dedicated mentor, manager and team of experienced consultants there to support you. The program ensures you gain exposure to all areas whilst allowing you to get started from week 1! The Recruitment Consultant will: * Deliver a full 360 recruitment role through business development and networking * Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's whilst delivering excellent client and candidate services * Identify, assess and place suitable candidates who meet client requirements * Screen and interview candidates professionally and thoroughly to ensure all relevant information is gathered and all legislative requirements are met. * Have a strong passion for networking and attend regular networking events * Develop and manage client / candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement Life at MBN Solutions MBN Solutions have a clear career path which you will have access to from day 1.
