Trainee Recruitment Consultant – London – X4 Group – Immediate interview slots Location: Covent Garden, London Salary £20,000 + uncapped commission – OTE £30,000 - £50,000 within first year The X4 Group is a global group of specialist recruitment businesses within the Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering and Construction sectors. The successful candidate/s will be joining either the engineering or construction division reporting into a team leader and also the Head of Engineering & Construction. The profile of the trainee recruitment consultant: Working in a fast paced, high pressure and high expectation environment, we are looking for candidates to flourish in a competitive but purely meritocratic organisation, with the following traits: -Ambition -Motivation -Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) -Ability to work well under pressure -Competitive nature (sports, academia etc.) -Resilience Ideally you would be a graduate but this is not essential.
