Trainee/ Recruitment Consultant - Assessment Morning (11/02/2020) Location: Lower Earley (Just outside Reading) £18,000 - £25,000 (Flexible & DOE) - Uncapped Commission Are you looking to get into recruitment? Want to learn more about the industry and see whether it is the right career path for you? If so, we are holding a Recruitment Assessment morning on Tuesday 11th February 2020 at 9:30am which will be held at our Lower Earley office. This assessment morning will give you a real insight into the world of recruitment as you will hear first-hand from some of our consultants about why they joined recruitment, Orion and their successes to date. You will also get to take part in some recruitment based practical sessions and will be able to experience what recruitment is really like. About Orion, the role and what we are looking for…. We are looking for a Trainee and Recruitment Consultant's to work at our Lower Earley office. The role will see you doing the whole 360 life cycle of Recruitment. You will be working hot jobs to resource candidates from job boards (CV Library, Jobsite, Reed), LinkedIn and our extensive database, you will be screening and telephone interviewing candidates, arranging interviews, dealing with offer management as well extending rejections to those who were unsuccessful. You will also be doing Business Development by gaining lead information and talking to new or existing clients. We have a very structured progression and career path which could see you going down an Account Manager or Team Leader route. What are we looking for? You don't have to be an experienced sales person to be considered but we are looking for people who are a motivated self-starter and hungry for success! You will have an excellent telephone manner, good written English and PC knowledge are also ideal for this role.
