Trainee / Experienced Recruitment Consultant Hove / Brighton & Hove Circa £20k basic DOE + high OTE (flexible) Company laptop and phone Company benefits – Weekends away / Half day Fridays / Regular Socials / Office dog Due to continued growth, we are looking for new members of staff to join our Specialist Recruitment Agency based in Hove. Working within various industries and always open to hearing about new, growing markets – we are keen to speak to anyone looking to begin a career in recruitment or someone experienced looking for a new challenge. Joining a friendly team, you will be hard-working and self motivated as well as possess a pro-active approach with the drive to succeed. Ideally you will have a proven track record in sales along with strong relationship building skills. Previous experience within a recruitment environment is highly advantageous – whether as a resourcer or as an experienced billing consultant. Trainees will go through a structured learning and development programme with clear objectives to develop into a Recruitment Consultant. Role & Responsibilities • New Business Development – identify and target new potential clients within your chosen industry. This may involve visiting potential customer sites to tender for business and discuss terms of business. • Client Management – maintain and develop strong working relationships within your accounts to ensure repeat business and great customer service. • Candidate Management – Create adverts and use CV job boards and Linkedin to identify high quality candidates. Interview them to assess their suitability for vacancies as well as find out what they are looking for regarding future opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of candidates who can offer you referrals in the future. Requirements • Sales experience – used to working towards set targets or KPIs • Excellent listening & communication skills – written and verbal • Confident and personable • Self motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn (and share your own knowledge too) • Great team player – and a competitive streak doesn’t hurt! • I.T. Literate • Dog friendly – we have an office dog
