17,000- 22,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits Our client is an established Recruitment Consultancy based in Sheffield City Centre. They have a proven track record in training, developing and retaining fantastic sales staff. They specialise in niche I.T & management recruitment and are looking for a number of trainee recruiters to join their team. You don't need any recruitment or I.T. experience to apply as full training will be given, just a passion for people and sales. About You: You must be tenacious and highly target driven with the ability to manage your time effectively. You must be ambitious, have a good telephone manner and a proven track record in an outbound sales environment OR be a graduate who can prove you have what it takes to make it in sales and recruitment. Experience in the any of the following would be advantageous: Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Advisor (B2B) , Account Manager, Telesales Executive and Business Development Manager. By the end of your training you will be a fully fledged head hunting recruitment specialist who is making a mark in a very exciting profession.
