Are you looking for a role in LEARNER RECRUITMENT? Would you like to work for one of the UKs best training companies? If so, please read on. I am currently working with one of my clients as I am assisting them in recruiting a permanent Traineeship Recruiter for their centre based in Birmingham. This will be a field based role where you will be tasked with signing up learners to my clients’ Traineeship course. You will also be signing up learners into the Apprenticeship and Distance learning course too, so a knowledge of the sector would be advantageous. These will predominately be learners between 16 – 24 years old. Knowledge and experience required: -Some experience working with 16-24 age group -Working knowledge of the learner recruitment process -Excellent sales skills and the ability to generate new leads -Previous exposure to adult education desirable -Some knowledge of Safeguarding Areas that you will be calling on will be the job centres, meeting with career advisors and going to providers, just to name a few. You will have access to a company laptop and phone, with you mileage paid for by the company.
