Job Description

My client is an OFSTED rated Grade 'Good' specialist Training Provider focused on delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes across England and Wales. Purpose of the Role Responsible for recruiting traineeship starts in line with monthly targets and identifying and co-ordinating work placements with opportunities for progression into employment, further education or apprenticeships. Key Duties Growth: Build relationships with a wide range of referral agencies to recruit learners on to traineeship programmes Attend local employment events and careers fairs to raise awareness of traineeships Optimise the volume of learners applying for Traineeships Source and co-ordinate work placements and risk assessments and support learners in the work placement process. Optimise the number of progressions for learners in line with business target People: Effectively interview and screen potential learners Liaise with learners and employers to deal with any queries in relation to work placements Work to the company values, creating a great place to work for all Ensure own CPD and professional competency is maintained Quality & Compliance: Ensure CRM is being used effectively and accurately for reporting Deliver quality sales and learner enrolments in line with Quality & Compliance expectations Comply with the company's Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies Ensure that colleagues and learners are safeguarded against all types of bullying, radicalisation or abuse Participate in team and company meetings Ensure fair and transparent recruitment processes in line with company policies Stakeholders: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external Engage with target groups of learners throughout a broad geographical area Establish and maintain links with local employers in order to source suitable employment vacancies Promote a positive and professional image of the company and all of the services it delivers Partake in industry events and competitions by completing applications and promoting learner/employers/colleagues Person Specification Knowledge & Experience Some experience working with 16-24 age group Working knowledge of the learner recruitment process Excellent sales skills and the ability to generate new leads Previous exposure to adult education desirable Some knowledge of SafeguardingDesirable Qualifications NVQ level 2 or above in Customer Service IAG Qualified at Level 3Skills Negotiation Planning and organising Influencing Excellent communication and presentation skills Relationship/stakeholder managementBehaviours & Attitudes Motivating & engaging High energy and enthusiasm Pragmatic approach to problem solving Alderwood acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers and is part of Gattaca Plc.
