Job Title: Traineeship Tutor / Learner Recruiter Location: Candidates must be flexible to cover Berkshire / Surrey / London / Hampshire Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 + Location Allowance (Up to £28k - dependent upon location) + Bonus Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Equipment to perform the role, Pension Scheme + much more! Type: Full time, Permanent KM are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a private Training Provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Traineeship Tutor / Learner Recruiter, who is flexible with traveling throughout Berkshire, Surrey, London, Hampshire and surrounding areas. The Traineeship Tutor / Learner Recruiter will be responsible for the delivery of Functional Skills E3 to L1, Retail Skills and Employability Skills to enable individuals to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to move forward into employment - and proactively engage with local employers in order to place learners aged 16-24 in to employment. Duties Include:  - Source and engage with young people aged 16 - 24, to generate a caseload of approx 10-18 learners per programme - Engage and build relationships with employers to generate Traineeship and Apprenticeship placement opportunities for learners on programme. - Deliver 1-1 training sessions for Functional Skills E3 to L1, ERR, Employability Skills and Retail Skills  - Complete Maths and English assessments with all learners. - Complete Individual Learning Plans and ensure learning is completed for every element of the Traineeship Programme to include Functional Skills and ERR. - Engage with and build relationships with outside referral organisations. - Provide advice and guidance to learners in regards to qualifications. - Coach and train learners aged 16-24 through their Traineeship programme from enrolment/induction through to completion. - Carry out Health and Safety assessments in the learners work setting. - Liaise with organisations in order to coordinate and maximise recruitment of clients onto programme. Essential Criteria: - Recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or above). - Must have experience of delivering Functional Skills E3 to Level 2. - Must have experience of working within recruitment / learner recruitment and have experience of engaging with employers to secure placement / vacancy opportunities. - Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle. - Must be flexible with travel.
