Training & Recruitment Administrator – Eldertree Lodge We are recruiting a Training & Recruitment Administrator at Eldertree Lodge in Market Drayton, part of The Huntercombe Group. Eldertree Lodge is located just outside the village of Ashley within 14 miles of Junction 15 of the M6. It is six miles from Market Drayton in North Shropshire and 11 miles from Stoke on Trent. We are looking for a Training & Recruitment Administrator who will provide a proactive and professional recruitment and selection process and training structure. Key Accountabilities: * To provide administrative support to the recruitment function for the Hospital/Unit, ensuring processes are properly and fairly conducted in accordance with the agreed practice set out in THG’s Recruitment & Selection policy and procedures * To be responsible for administration and facilitation of the recruitment and selection procedures including: * working with the Central Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers to ensure vacancies are advertised via the Company’s approved applicant tracking system, * THG careers website and other suitable recruitment media * Assist Hiring Managers with the sourcing and selection of appropriate candidates * Arranging interviews/assessment centres * Support Verification of candidates’ identity and documents * To ensure conditional offers, contracts and compliance checks are processed in a timely manner, ensuring candidates are supported and receive updates throughout the on-boarding process and once a commencement date has been agreed, ensure candidates are booked onto the local and corporate induction programme and that they receive joining information in good time * To maintain personnel files and to take part in file audits as necessary * To support the HR Adviser in maintaining robust and accurate training records through: Providing weekly reports on MyLO (e-learning system), supervision, appraisals, upkeep of MyLO including preparing reports on statistics as required and provide support to Stafford employees on MyLO * Maintain and update the training matrix and training planner on a regular basis * Responsible for organising the monthly site-based induction programme as well as Support in organising in-house training and development events Working Pattern: 37.5 Hours per week * Please take a look at our progressive and rewarding benefits package * Assistance Programme (EAP) * Maternity leave at 3 month’s full pay and 3 month’s half pay, (up to a max salary of£50k) * 2 week’s paid paternity leave * Shared parental leave, matching the maternity leave benefit * A thorough Induction Programme tailored to the hospital where you will be working * Clear pay structure, with competitive rates * Generous Annual Leave * Sick pay of 4 weeks full pay and 4 weeks half pay * The opportunity to participate in a company contributory pension scheme with up to 3% matching contributions * Death in service benefit equivalent to 2 x salary * A range of staff discounts * Continuing Professional Development (CPD) For a more detailed job spec please take a look at our Website where you can also read some inspiring stories and find out why working at Huntercombe really sets us apart from the rest.
