Universal Care is a highly reputable domiciliary care company based in Beaconsfield. We currently have an exciting opportunity for Training and Recruitment Coordinator to join our business. We offer high quality bespoke care to our clients to enable them to remain living independently in their own homes and are now looking for someone to ensure we recruit and train sufficient numbers of high calibre carers to meet current and future client needs. Your new role will be to provide support to the Training & Recruitment Manager and some of your responsibilities will include: Writing and posting job adverts on carer websites, reviewing advert responses and pre-screening suitable candidates and preparing a short list of suitable candidates for interview. Actively sourcing suitable care workers via various websites. Scheduling and conducting face to face interviews. Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation and compliance requirements are met. Stay up to date with current recruiting methods and attending job fairs and careers events. Ensure all training and recruitment materials are up to date, high quality and fit for purpose, manage and maintain the training facilities and equipment. Prepare and issue training certificates, and to ensure contracts are completed. Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks Person Specification Previous work experience as a Training/Recruiting coordinator Recruitment and sourcing experience Excellent communication skills Highly organised and has the ability to prioritise and manages time effectively Familiar with social media LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc Good Microsoft office skills Adaptable and flexible
