With your Transport Operations knowledge, you will be half way there. So, when you start we will provide training on how to find good candidates (we recruit Transport staff from Transport Clerk, right up to Operations Director across Merseyside, & Cheshire), how to interview and understand what they are looking for in their next career move and most importantly, how to represent and sell them to our client base We are looking for a self-motivated, professional person with strong communication skills. You may already have some experience in sales which is useful but not essential, If so we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided. This job will be Monday to Friday (phone number removed)pm) however there is an element of out of hours phone work to speak to candidates / clients outside of core hours and the need to be flexible with time to meet all operational needs.
