Due to these successes, I am looking to speak to professionals motivated to join a team that works closely with our U.S.A clients and candidates from the U.K office. This opportunity offers you the chance to relocate to either North Carolina/NYC after building up a successful recruitment desk, whilst utilising the training provided in our UK HQ. WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE? * You must be able to work 11:30 – 21:00 (So lie-ins every morning!) with early finishes on Friday at 18:30. * 1 years' full 360 recruitment experience OR two years sales experience (including business development) * Target-driven and self-motivated * You must be able to commute to our HQ in Horley RESPONSIBILITIES OF A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT: * Sourcing and headhunting specialist and experienced candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across the global Life Science sector * Matching and assessing candidate suitability through telephone interviews * Generating a reliant candidate-pool and strong client-base * Developing new business through proactive networking * Utilising job boards and other internet-based search tools * Running an independent full 360-recruitment cycle * Ongoing access to the Barrington James Training and Development programme, delivered to Director level SALARY PACKAGE: * OTE of £60,000+ in year one, with a competitive basic salary * Uncapped commission with no threshold - earn on everything you bill
