JOB PURPOSE The role will require you to engage with employers to find work placements opportunities for candidates who will be at varying levels of experiences, that will ultimately lead them either undertaking an apprenticeship or resulting in the candidate being placed into a permanent job. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Initiating sales calls and attend client meetings to generate work placement opportunities for current candidates on our course • Placing candidates into apprenticeships or permanent roles that will lead to a recruitment fee • Offering further services and support to the candidates such as CV review, job searching techniques and careers advice PERSON SPECIFICATION ESSENTIAL • B2B Telephone and Face to Face sales experience and closing skills • Have a strong commercial awareness to promote the most suitable solution for our candidates and employers • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build a strong rapport • Highly motivated, personable and able to adapt to differing situations • Organisational and time management skills are essential with the ability to prioritise own workload with conflicting demands • Being creative and able to use initiative when planning and arranging events or workshops • Empathise with individuals from all backgrounds and cultures DESIRABLE • Previous Apprenticeship or related work based learning experience • Previous experience managing large case loads ABOUT THE REWARDS As well as a £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary + OTE, We are a company which celebrates hard work and success, Here is just a sample of some of our benefits; - Keep yourself fit and healthy with 50% of gym membership - Shape the company's social and charity initiatives by joining 'The Network' - Company-supported quarterly social events and adventures - Make a difference with paid days of to support charities or half days to give blood - Interest-free season-ticket travel loan - Scoff free fruit and drinks - Pension scheme, private healthcare and eye-care vouchers To apply for our Recruitment Consultant position please email your CV to or call Chelsea on; (Apply online only)
